Dive into sharpening your knife skills to chop and julienne, and then perfect your tuck and roll! This class is a blast for cooks of all levels, which also allows time to catch up and chat with your group.

The "Basics" Kits come with the ingredients you will want to get started with this class, which includes all non-perishable items. You get the opportunity to use your own fresh ingredients of your choice to stuff the rolls. Get hands-on with picking out your perfect carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, fresh herbs and more at your local market to get familiar with the produce recommended for these rolls so that you are comfortable doing it over and over again. This kit is also designed to be the most budget-friendly option and perfect for shipping anywhere in the USA - from San Francisco, to Los Angeles, to New York, to Texas, to New Jersey, you name it!

This class is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian & vegan.

Time Duration: 75 - 90 minutes

The "All-Out" Kits come with EVERYTHING you need to participate in class, including all fresh and non-perishable ingredients. We will include hand-picked top-quality produce from California shipped to your doorstep so that all you need to do is show up and cook! This kit is perfect for shipping anywhere in the USA - from San Francisco, to Los Angeles, to New York, to Texas, to New Jersey, you name it!

This class is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian & vegan.

A Few Side Notes:

  • Perfect for Team Building Events as well as Corporate Gifting/Events!

  • We are happy to work with you to plan any large or small event you are hosting, including shipping gifts to 500-1000 people for virtual conferences. 

  • Ship kits to New York, San Francisco, Denver, Boston, Los Angeles or anywhere else in the USA!

  • All Class Instruction fees require a minimum of 10 people (although, if you have the budget to pay our minimum, we are happy to teach groups of less than 10 people.) 

  • There is no maximum for class instruction, we are happy to host events for 500, or even 1000 attendees.

  • Class kits & gift kits have no minimum, feel free to send to a good friend or hard-working colleague! 

  • There is a Flat Fee rate available for classes with over 50 people - please reach out to anja@anjalee.co to book classes of 50 or more.

  • FOR ALL CLASSES THAT INCLUDE WINE: Wine is invoiced and shipped separately (we can sometimes ship the wine together with the food kits upon request).

  • All kits are eco-friendly, shipped with compostable, recycled and recyclable platters and packaging. All ingredients are organic and top quality whenever possible. A healthy environment & a healthy you is our top priority!
