Do you like sweet and salty peanut sauce, smothering a delicious roll full of crunchy vegetables and tender noodles? Then this class is for you! Dive into knife skills tricks to julienne a variety of fresh vegetables, and then learn to tuck and fold the perfect spring roll. Chef Samantha is excited to guide you through a memorable experience, and you have the option to order a kit for class, too!

This class is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian & vegan.

Class Instruction Price: $45 /person

Basics Kit $55 /kit ($30 /kit + $25 Ground shipping): The ingredients you will want to get started with this class, which includes all non-perishable items. You get the opportunity to use your own fresh ingredients of your choice to stuff the rolls. Budget-friendly and flexible! Includes:

  • 2 large servings or four small servings - about 8 rolls
  • Rice paper sheets, soba noodles, peanut butter, liquid aminos, coconut sugar, sambal chile paste, cashews
  • Recommended shopping list for the remaining ingredients

All-Out Kit $105/kit ($60 /kit + $45 Overnight shipping): Comes with EVERYTHING you need to participate in class, including all fresh vegetables, noodles and rice paper. We will include hand-picked top-quality produce from California shipped to your doorstep so that all you need to do is show up and cook! Includes:

  • 2 large servings or four small servings - about 8 rolls
  • Rice paper sheets, soba noodles, peanut butter, liquid aminos, coconut sugar, sambal chile paste, cashews, carrot, cucumber, bell pepper, lime, mint cilantro, basil
