What teams say
"I had an incredible time learning how to make pasta from this team. Something I'll keep doing and improving on!"
Terrance Martin, Seeq, 150-person event
"We had the opportunity to make squash ragu pasta together, and even handcraft our own pasta from scratch! It was a fun and creative way to bond with my team, despite the time differences and geographical distance."
Kayla Lodbansa, Salesforce
Frequently asked questions
What's in the kit?
Every ingredient you need, pre-measured. 00 flour, salt, olive oil, dried porcini, vegetable bouillon, shallot, squash, garlic, thyme, pepper, parmesan and a lemon.
How far ahead should we book?
At least three weeks ahead is best, so there is time to collect addresses. Your final headcount and shipping addresses are due 15 days before class.
Can guests with dietary needs join?
Yes. The pasta dough has no eggs, and we can make the class vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free on request.
Do we need a pasta machine?
No. We shape the pasta by hand, so a cutting board and knife are all you need.
What about guests outside the US?
We send grocery gift cards so they can shop for the ingredients locally.
What if someone can't join live?
Everyone gets the class recording afterward.
Can we make it part of a monthly series?
Yes. Many teams book a class every month, and this class is a favorite.
